The SLIMpatch cables from the brand SLIM provide a solution for various cabling issues. Although they visually resemble flat ribbon cables, the SLIMpatch cables achieve the specifications of Category 6, making them suitable for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, and 1000BASE-T applications, including Gigabit Ethernet. Three SLIMpatch cables have the diameter of a single standard CAT6 patch cable. Despite their extremely thin design, the cable features twisted pairs. Additionally, it has a wide, flexible strain relief and a practical length marking at both ends, supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE according to IEEE802.3af).

Application: Typical applications for the SLIMpatch cables include:
