NoFrost
No defrosting is necessary with Liebherr's professional baking appliances. Any moisture is trapped by the circulating air cooling system, and cyclical defrosting phases expel even the last particles of moisture from the interior - for convenient, safe and ice-free storage.

Power failure information
If the power supply has been interrupted due to a fault, the power failure info appears when the power returns. It reports that the appliance was temporarily without power and what maximum temperature was reached during this time. This allows you to assess whether a loss of quality is to be expected due to the power failure.
