Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme

The ThinkPad X1 Extreme combines top-notch performance with good mobility. Its chassis is made of aluminum and glass- or carbon-fiber reinforced plastic, resulting in a weight of just 1.7 kg. With its 10th generation Core i7 six-core processor, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, and a dedicated graphics card from NVIDIA's Turing family, it handles demanding graphics and 3D applications with ease. This notebook features the popular Lenovo UltraNav pointing device, offering two ways to control the mouse cursor. The Thunderbolt 3 port is the speedy all-rounder among peripheral interfaces: it has the same form factor as the current USB Type-C port and is therefore fully compatible with USB Type-C devices. However, its speed leaves other peripheral connections far behind: it is 83 times faster than USB 2.0, 8 times faster than USB 3.0, and twice as fast as Thunderbolt 2.
