The STINGER 28 G3 is highly durable with a continuous power handling of 400 watts and achieves a maximum sound pressure level of 125 dB. Its two specially designed 8-inch woofers and the BMS tweeter deliver powerful bass reproduction and fresh, natural highs. The tweeter's waveguide has been developed using the Boundary Element Method (BEM), a numerical simulation of sound radiation and propagation. It reduces reflections from floors and ceilings, prevents side lobes, and achieves a controlled, homogeneous radiation pattern. Phase plugs positioned directly in front of the two 8-inch woofers increase efficiency in the midrange and reduce distortion above the crossover frequency.
