Thanks to its coaxial design and rotatable, BEM-optimized CD horn, along with the extensive and precisely tuned DynX DSP presets, this active 12" speaker is extremely versatile. The outstanding bass reproduction of the horn-loaded woofer makes the LD ICOA 12 A an ideal choice for musicians, bands, entertainers, and dance schools. DJs can also perform without a subwoofer using this speaker. Vertically, it excels as a satellite, while horizontally it works well in flown systems or as a floor monitor. The efficient Class-D amplifier delivers a maximum of 126 dB and 1200 W peak power. With LD-Systems' DynX DSP technology, the speaker provides perfect performance under all conditions, ensuring maximum clarity and impact. Four presets, along with a 3-band EQ and a delay function, allow for optimal sound adjustment to suit various environments. Two line/mic input channels with individual gain controls and a mono mix output enable the connection of different signal sources. With its impact-resistant front grille and an ideal tilt angle of 55°, the LD ICOA 12 A also performs excellently as a floor monitor. In vertical use, the 36 mm dual-tilt tripod mount allows for a tilt angle of 0° or 5°, enabling optimal adjustment to the specific sound reinforcement situation. A wide range of clever accessories for installation and transport is available optionally. Four aluminum handles with an ergonomic, rubberized surface provide optimal grip when carrying the speaker.
