Lanview Cat5e unshielded PE cables are manufactured and tested to the ISO/IEC 11801, EIA/TIA 568B, and EN50173-2 standards and can be used for outdoor installations. Each cable consists of 4x2 color-coded PE insulated conductors. This is currently the most common and basic method of cable construction, consisting of pairs of wires twisted together. The cable has no shielding; instead, the symmetrical twist in the wires creates a balanced transmission line, helping to reduce electrical noise and EMI.
