Who hasn't experienced this: The new fan controller is installed, the fragile temperature sensor is in place, and now the temperatures are supposed to be displayed. But often, just a little too much pressure or an unfavorable installation can cause a temperature sensor to fail to send values to the fan controller - broken!
Thanks to this slim temperature sensor from Lamptron, this is no longer a problem, as it can be quickly and easily replaced, restoring the full functionality of the previously limited system.
Due to the design of such flat band sensors, they should not be pinched between other components to avoid damage. The sensor features a 720 mm long, black, sleeved cable that is easy to route even in large cases. The sensor connects with its 2-pin connector to almost all common controllers that allow for a temperature sensor replacement. Very good!
