According to La Bella, the Olinto Flatwound Bass Strings sound extremely articulated. Overall, they are slightly thicker than regular flatwounds but have a thinner core. This results in a clear and quick response. Nevertheless, they are characterized by the velvety, warm, and deep bass tones that one expects from flatwound strings.
