Kurzweil KP-1H - Half-Damper Sustain Pedal

Half-Damper sustain pedal (spoon type) with cable, open type, for Kurzweil, Korg, Casio, not for NORD.

Standard sustain pedals are limited to a simple "On/Off" sustain pedal function. This half-damper pedal sends MIDI controller 64 commands. When the instrument or sound is programmed to respond to these values, such as with additional samples, amplitude envelope adjustments, or modeling, a wide range of sound responses is possible that goes beyond a simple sustain on/off.
