This 38 cm long arm features a 5/8" (16 mm) socket on one end and two opposing 5/8" spigots (16 mm) on the other.

It is used to position a light or accessory away from the light stand when a light cannot be placed as close to a subject as desired. Perfect for hiding your light stand behind a backdrop or wall.
