How will you escape the nightmare?

While recovering from an injury sustained in the line of duty at a military hospital, Alex Shepherd is discharged early after receiving news that his younger brother Joshua is missing.

Alex returns to the small, picturesque town of Shepherds Glen by the lake, but everything is not as he left it: his father is missing, his mother is catatonic, and the entire town is eerily silent.

Alex's search for the truth leads him into the fog-shrouded streets of the ominous town of Silent Hill, revealing dark and disturbing secrets about his idyllic hometown and his beloved family.

With a variety of weapons at his disposal, Alex must fight terrifying monsters and solve deadly puzzles to find his father and uncover the mystery behind his brother's disappearance.

This latest installment in the established Silent Hill series features enhanced graphics and an updated combat system while still preserving the unsettling, eerie feeling and claustrophobic atmosphere associated with all titles in the series.
