The BO2157 features a convenient cold zone for placing empty pans. The housing is made of solid die-cast and is elegantly chrome-plated. It includes a die-cast grill plate with a non-stick coating and grill ridges. The product comes with 8 enameled pans and 8 plastic scrapers, offering stepless temperature control.
