Interchangeable ESD tips for particularly demanding fine work: with high corrosion resistance and toughness. Maximum surface protection for handling sensitive electronic components, micro-mechanical parts, as well as glass and ceramic components. Suitable for the electronics and precision engineering industries, watchmakers, and jewelers. Handcrafted base bodies: with polished edges and an excellently matte, scratch- and glare-free surface. Base bodies made of high-quality premium stainless steel: high temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance against most chemicals, salts, and acids. The interchangeable tips are made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced plastic: electrically and thermally conductive, scratch-resistant, and with high abrasion resistance. The interchangeable carbon fiber reinforced plastic tips have a surface resistance between 10^2 and 10^4 Ohms for controlled equalization of potential differences between the operator and electronic components. The interchangeable tips are permanently temperature stable up to 130 degrees Celsius, and temporarily up to 190 degrees. The carbon fiber reinforced plastic tips are fully elastic, fatigue-resistant, vibration-damping, and water-repellent. Good chemical resistance of the tips against most oils, fats, fuels, and non-polar solvents. With the precision and stability of a regular tweezers: The plastic tips have a play-free 3-point connection (2 fixations on the bridges, one screw), ensuring the user a perfect and play-free attachment to the base body. With cost-saving potential: The tip assortment includes a selection of various shapes. Depending on the application, only tips need to be purchased additionally.
