Kipon Macro adapter for M42 to Fuji X

More and more people are using cameras with interchangeable lenses. As a result, the standard combinations of cameras and lenses can no longer meet the increasingly demanding requirements of ambitious and professional photographers.

With the introduction of lens adapters, photographers now have full control over the individuality of their equipment. They can combine cameras and lenses in any way to best meet their needs. While some camera manufacturers have developed their own adapters, these cannot be used across different brands of cameras and lenses. In contrast, KIPON has produced over 400 camera adapters. With the various adapters, KIPON offers its customers the freedom to combine cameras and lenses individually.

With the KIPON M42-FX M Adapter, M42 series lenses can be connected to Fuji X series mirrorless cameras. Please note that when using the adapter for photography, only manual mode can be utilized, although focusing to infinity is available. This adapter has been specifically designed to support macro mode. The helicoid can be rotated to focus the lens an additional 12 mm. Please note that infinity focus is no longer available with this adapter. There is an inner ring on the adapter that presses against the pin on the lens to allow the lens to control the aperture. Please note that lenses with extra long pins cannot be mounted with this adapter.
