With the introduction of lens adapters, photographers now have full control over the individuality of their equipment. They can combine cameras and lenses in any way to best meet their needs. While some camera manufacturers have developed their own adapters, these cannot be used with different brands of cameras and lenses. In contrast, KIPON has produced over 400 camera adapters. With the various adapters, KIPON offers its customers the freedom to combine cameras and lenses individually.

With the KIPON BAVEYES EOS-NEX AF 0.7x adapter, Canon EOS EF series lenses can be paired with Sony NEX cameras. Please note that when using the adapter for photography, only manual mode can be used, although the focus setting to infinity is available. An additional feature of the adapter is automatic focusing. This adapter, designed by the German lens developer and manufacturer IB/E OPTICS, can connect full-frame lenses with APS-C cameras. Inside the adapter, there are four optical lenses with multi-layer coating.

When a full-frame lens is mounted on an APS-C camera, the crop factor is eliminated with the focal reduction adapter, allowing the entire image to be captured through the lens. This also resolves the issue of cropped corners in images caused by adapters without optical glass elements and allows for sharper images. Additionally, the image becomes brighter.
