Kipon AF Adapter for Canon EF to MFT without tripod support

More and more people are using cameras with interchangeable lenses. As a result, the standard combinations of cameras and lenses can no longer meet the increasingly demanding requirements of ambitious and professional photographers.

With the introduction of lens adapters, photographers now have full control over the individuality of their equipment. They can combine cameras and lenses in any way to best meet their needs. While some camera manufacturers have developed their own adapters, these cannot be used across different brands of cameras and lenses. In contrast, KIPON has produced over 400 camera adapters. With the KIPON EOS-M4/3 adapter, Canon EOS EF series lenses can be connected to Panasonic series mirrorless cameras and professional video cameras in the MFT/Micro Four Thirds series. Please note that when using the adapter for photography, only manual mode can be utilized, although focus adjustment to infinity is available. Due to the automatic nature of Canon EOS EF lenses, the aperture usually cannot be adjusted once connected to a different camera body. However, after connecting the KIPON EOS-M4/3 A adapter, the aperture can still be adjusted via internal iris diaphragms. The aperture reference points are located on the silver ring surrounding the adapter.
