Kipon Adapter for Contax G to MFT

More and more people are using cameras with interchangeable lenses. As a result, the standard combinations of cameras and lenses can no longer meet the increasingly demanding requirements of ambitious and professional photographers.

With the introduction of lens adapters, photographers now have full control over the individuality of their equipment. They can combine cameras and lenses in any way to best meet their needs. While some camera manufacturers have developed their own adapters, these cannot be used with different brands of cameras and lenses. In contrast, KIPON has produced over 400 camera adapters. With the various adapters, KIPON offers its customers the freedom to combine cameras and lenses according to their preferences.

With the KIPON C/G-M4/3 adapter, Contax G series lenses can be connected to Panasonic series mirrorless cameras and professional video cameras in the MFT/Micro Four Thirds series. Please note that when using the adapter for photography, only manual mode can be used, although the focus setting to infinity is available. Contax G lenses typically cannot adjust the focus length on the lens itself but only on the camera body. However, after mounting this adapter, a silver focus ring on the adapter allows for lens focus adjustment.

All KIPON adapters are CNC machined, ensuring the highest precision and quality. All adapters are made from brass or aluminum alloy.
