Kipon Adapter Canon EF to Sony E (0.7x) II

More and more people are using cameras with interchangeable lenses. As a result, the standard combinations of cameras and lenses can no longer meet the increasingly demanding requirements of ambitious and professional photographers.

With the introduction of lens adapters, photographers now have full control over the individuality of their equipment. They can combine cameras and lenses in any way to best meet their needs. While some camera manufacturers have developed their own adapters, these cannot be used across different brands of cameras and lenses. In contrast, KIPON has produced over 400 camera adapters. With the KIPON BAVEYES EOS-NEX 0.7x II adapter, Canon EOS EF series lenses can be attached to Sony NEX series mirrorless cameras. Please note that when using the adapter for photography, only manual mode can be used, although the focus setting to infinity is available. This adapter, developed by the German optical research institution IB/E OPTICS, can mount full-frame lenses on APS-C cameras. The adapter contains four multi-coated lenses.

When the lens is mounted at full focal length on the APS-C camera body, the crop factor is negated by the optical focal reduction adapter, allowing you to achieve a full field of view through the lens. This resolves the issue of edge distortion in photos caused by an adapter without optical glass.
