The CD8-V series is a mixed NVMe SSD designed for data centers, optimized to support a wide range of scale-out and cloud applications, including big data, IoT, online transaction processing, and virtualization. Equipped with a PCIe 4.0 (16 GT/s x4) interface, the CD8-V SSDs deliver consistent performance of up to 1,250,000 IOPS (random read) and 380,000 IOPS (random write).

Featuring KIOXIA 112-layer BiCS FLASH 3D TLC flash memory, the 2.5-inch SSDs in the CD8-V series offer an endurance of 3 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) and storage capacities of up to 12.8 TB in the 2.5-inch form factor, making them well-suited for hyperscale data center applications.
