Kioxia CD6-V Series KCD61VUL6T40
6400 GB, 2.5"Product details
The CD6-V series is a data center NVMe SSD designed for mixed-use, optimized for a wide range of scale-out and cloud applications. This includes areas such as big data/IoT, online transaction processing, and virtualization. The CD6-V series SSDs are equipped with a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and deliver consistent performance of up to 1 million IOPS (random read) and 250 KIOPS (random write) with an active power consumption of only 13–19 W. Featuring 96-layer BiCS FLASH 3D TLC memory from KIOXIA Corporation, the CD6-V SSDs provide 3 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) with a capacity of up to 12.8 TB. This makes the 2.5-inch storage media ideal for use in hyperscale data centers.
