The KSM48R40BD4TMM-64HMR from Kingston is an 8G x 80-Bit (64GB) DDR5-4800 CL40 SDRAM memory module that features a 2Rx4 configuration and ECC. It is based on forty 4G x 4-Bit FBGA components. The SPD is programmed to the JEDEC standard latency of DDR5-4800 with timings of 40-39-39 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold-plated contact fingers.
