Industry 4.0: A variety of optional data interfaces allows for easy transfer of weighing data to tablets, laptops, PCs, networks, smartphones, printers, etc. The scale can be queried and controlled remotely via external control devices or computers using the KERN Communication Protocol (KCP). The KCP is a standardized interface command set for KERN scales and other instruments, enabling the retrieval and control of all relevant parameters and device functions. KERN devices with KCP can be easily connected to computers, industrial controls, and other digital systems. The KCP protocol is largely compatible with the MT-SICS protocol. Connection is only possible via RS-232 data interface; additional interfaces are available upon request. High mobility: Thanks to battery operation (optional) and a compact, lightweight design, it is suitable for use at multiple locations (laboratory, production, quality control, picking, etc.). Platform: Stainless steel weighing plate, painted steel base, silicone-coated aluminum load cell with dust and splash water protection IP65. A level and foot screws for precise leveling of the scale are included as standard, ensuring the most accurate weighing results.
