Kern Counting System

The reference scale KERN CFS 3K-5 is a professional counting scale that meets the highest demands for accuracy by connecting a high-capacity weighing bridge. The desired reference piece count and known reference weight can be programmed via the keypad. Three displays show weight, reference weight, and total piece count. There is also a memory (PLU) for items with additional text, reference weight, and tare weight, such as that of a container. The fill-to-target function allows for the programming of the target piece count or target weight. Achieving the target value is indicated by an acoustic and visual signal. The automatic reference optimization gradually improves the average value of the piece weight for accurate counting. A protective cover is included in the delivery. The quantity piece counting takes place with high precision on the weighing platform, allowing even the smallest counting parts to be counted in large quantities. The weighing plate is made of stainless steel, and the base is made of painted steel. The aluminum single-point load cell has a capacity of 1×3000 e and offers dust and splash water protection according to IP65.
