With today's flat laptops featuring nano security slots, a typical cable lock with a locking head may fit, but the lock itself could be thicker than the laptop. This can prevent the device from lying flat and instead cause it to sit unevenly above the work surface. The Slim NanoSaver® 2.0 laptop lock is an advancement of the innovative Slim NanoSaver® laptop lock, characterized by a smaller locking head where the locking mechanism is positioned at the bottom and the key cylinder at the top, thus not obstructing anything. Through careful sizing and positioning of the components, a premium locking solution has been created that does not block any ports and allows ultra-thin and 2-in-1 laptops with nano lock slots to lie flat and stable. The Slim NanoSaver® 2.0 laptop lock has been developed according to industry-leading standards regarding torque, pull, foreign body intrusion, and lifespan.
