The unsurpassed blade control and fine calibration stops ensure maximum accuracy. They produce perfect bevelled edges and corners without over- or under-cuts - every time. Smooth gliding requires minimal effort, even when cutting through 8-ply matboards. Uniform, flawless mounts The Ultimat Futura works perfectly with even the thickest mounts. The blade cassette system ensures precise control of the blade depth. The KEENCUT Ultimat Futura is delivered ready to use, set at right angles and calibrated. No more over- or undercuts The fine calibration stops at the beginning and end of the cut, as well as the edge guide stops, enable adjustment by the respective over- or undercut dimension in a matter of seconds. It's as simple as can be: an overcut can be prevented by turning the knurled screw in the direction of the minus sign (-) and an undercut by turning the knurled screw in the direction of the plus sign (+). A stable, self-adjusting cutting edge guide ensures uniform, accurate and parallel edges. Unsurpassed blade control for effortless cutting The cutting head of the Ultimat Futura has integrated, self-adjusting, ball-bearing rollers that run on double stainless steel rails. This results in a smooth, precise glide without noticeable friction. The blade holders are mounted on large axial and radial bearings to ensure precise blade control without axial play. The one-piece, extruded base plate made of heavy-duty aluminium ensures absolute stability. The maximum effort of the operator is transferred to the blade, so that even the thickest cardboard boxes can be cut without any problems.
