The AMP Junior Power Timer flat connectors are primarily used in the automotive industry and in the construction of special vehicles. The contacts consist of a flat contact that connects to a flat plug as its counterpart. The flat contact features two independent contact springs, made up of a contact base body and a stainless steel over-spring. This design separates the electrical and mechanical functions of the contact.

Conductor cross-section range: 0.5-2.5 mm², maximum current: up to 20 A, maximum voltage: 24 V DC, temperature range: -40 °C to +130 °C. Single-wire sealing system, protection class IP54 according to IEC 529.
