Der JVC protzt mit einem 3-Zoll-Display, das bei der Videoaufnahme jedoch nur rund 1,7 Zoll für die Bildkontrolle bereitstellt. Der Touchscreen arbeitet etwas träge, fürs Auslösen hat JVC aber einen echten Knopf angebracht. Praktisch sind die Zeitrafferaufnahme und die beigelegte Schnitt-Software mit umfangreichen Funktionen.

Die durchweg gute Bildqualität und der herausragende Tonteil tragen zum Testsieg der Picsio GC-WP10 bei. Per Tocuhscreen hat man sämtliche Funktionen gut im Griff, lediglich die Reaktion des Menüs beim Umschalten dürfte etwas zügiger sein.

Im Gegensatz zur ansonsten technisch gleich ausgestatteten GC-FM2 eignet sich die GC-WP10 auch für Aktivitäten im Regen, am Strand und unter Wasser (bis zu 3 Meter Wassertiefe). Slebst beim Wintersport ist die Kamera einsetzbar, da sich das berührungsempfindliche Display auch mit Handschuhen sicher bedienen lässt.
