In "The Red Solstice," you take on the role of an eight-member group of Marines sent to Mars to uncover what happened to the colonies established there. Contact with the colony was lost when a devastating sandstorm, known as "The Red Solstice," began and continued until the time of deployment. Upon arriving on Mars, the team finds only devastation. After a brief exploration, they are unexpectedly attacked by highly aggressive extraterrestrial beings. However, the small group is by no means defenseless - the genetically modified Marines are tough and equipped with powerful weaponry. Each of the eight soldiers also possesses special abilities that must be utilized in this relentless battle.
