Jumo Temperature limiter

The freely programmable temperature limiting device according to DIN EN 14597 in the format of 48 x 96 mm is designed for a power supply range of AC 110 to 240 V, 48 to 63 Hz, 5 VA. The measurement input is freely configurable for resistance thermometers, thermocouples, as well as current and voltage signals. The existing analog output provides a standardized signal. Temperature limiters and monitors oversee thermal processes in systems based on a set threshold. If this threshold is exceeded, the built-in relay (with fuse) switches the system to a safe operating state. The green LED OK goes out, and the LED K1 lights up red. When the system returns to the acceptable range, the Reset button must be pressed in temperature limiter mode. Configured as a temperature monitor, it automatically resets itself without external intervention. The relay KV can provide a pre-alarm signal at a settable temperature before reaching the threshold, with its switching state additionally indicated by the LED KV. The device is designed for panel mounting and is wired via pluggable screw terminals with a maximum conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm².
