Jumo Multi-channel programme controller

The multi-channel process and program controller for panel mounting in a front format of 144 mm x 130 mm requires a panel cutout of 92 mm x 92 mm and a mounting depth of 170 mm. It is equipped with 2 universal inputs, 6 binary inputs, 2 relay outputs (normally open), 1 analog output, and 1 RS422/485 interface, and requires a power supply in the range of AC 110 to 240 V +10/-15%, 48 to 63 Hz. This device version has an additional 4 free slots for option boards. The controller can be used as a continuous controller, two-point, three-point, three-point step, position, or cascade controller. Differential or ratio control is also possible. It is a process and program controller with two control and four program channels. Up to 50 programs with a maximum of four program channels can be programmed. The program channels run synchronously and can consist of a maximum of 100 segments. A total of 1000 segments are programmable. Additionally, 16 control contacts can be programmed, which can be assigned to the segments of the program channels and are also synchronized. The start of a program can be initiated manually by pressing a button (on the device or an external button) or by programming start conditions. The timing can be determined either by setting a lead time or by programming a specific date and time. A 5-inch color display with 27 colors serves as the display. The linearizations of common measuring transducers are stored. The device can be integrated into a data network via the RS422/485 serial interface. The electrical connection is made at the rear via screw terminal blocks. The controller has cULus certification.
