The insertable resistance thermometer with connection cable enables temperature measurement in gaseous and liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The multi-part protective tube is welded, made of material 1.4571, and has dimensions of 6.0 x 150 mm.

The resistance thermometer is ideally suited for applications in climate and refrigeration technology, heating, furnace and apparatus construction, as well as laboratory technology. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (Class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in a three-wire circuit and is intended for temperatures from -50 to +400 °C.

The 2.5 m long connection cable made of metal mesh is shielded, connected, strain-relieved at the transition, and equipped with a bend protection spring. The permissible ambient temperature of the connection cable is -50 to +350 °C. The open connection end is fitted with wire end sleeves according to DIN 46228 Part 4.
