The 1-pole mechanical built-in thermostat from Jumo is a reliable automation device designed for use in demanding conditions. With a robust housing made of galvanized steel sheet, it offers high resistance to external influences. The measuring system is based on the principle of liquid expansion and allows operation at sensor temperatures of up to 345 °C. The smooth round sensor made of stainless steel has a diameter of 6 mm and a length of approximately 85 mm, ensuring precise temperature measurement. The copper capillary is flexible and comes with an insulating PVC protective sleeve to enhance safety. The thermostat features a capillary break protection that opens the switching contact in the event of a failure of the measuring system, allowing a return to the neutral position. The simple adjustment of the cutoff temperature is done via a scale, making it easy to handle.
