The 1-pole mechanical surface-mounted thermostat from Jumo is a reliable automation device designed for use in demanding conditions. With a shock-resistant housing made of high-quality plastic and a robust aluminum die-cast base, this thermostat offers high durability. The measuring system is based on the principle of liquid expansion, allowing operation up to a maximum sensor temperature of 175 °C. The smooth round sensor made of copper has a diameter of 6 mm and a length of approximately 77 mm, while the flexible extension cable is also made of copper and can be installed with a bending radius of 5 mm. The protection class IP54 ensures that the device can be used in harsh environments, with a maximum ambient temperature at the housing of 80 °C. The simple adjustment of the switch-off temperature is done via an internal scale, which can be adjusted with a screwdriver after removing the housing cover.
