Product details
The Jinbei DPX 400 studio flash is the smallest in the Jinbei DPX flash series, but it should not be underestimated, as it comes packed with many useful features. With a power output of 400 watt-seconds and a flash recycling time of 0.05 to 0.7 seconds, the DPX 400 proves to be a fast partner in your studio. If you operate your camera in burst mode, the DPX 400 can easily keep up with up to 20 frames per second (at reduced power settings). Its very powerful 25 W LED modeling light is ideal for perfectly illuminating your subjects and maintaining control over the lighting setup. The integrated radio receiver and the LCD display on the back of the unit contribute to easier operation. You can adjust the flash power over seven stops (1/1 to 1/64) in 1/10 or 1/1 increments directly via the high-resolution LCD display on the device. The clearly structured menu guides you easily to the settings for the desired radio channel or the group to be controlled. With 16 channels and ten groups, you have a wide range of options for integrating the studio flash into larger lighting setups. Operation becomes more convenient with the separately available compatible Jinbei remote controls TR-Q7, TR-Q6, TR-V6, TRS-V, or TR-RV, which significantly ease your work, especially in hard-to-reach or larger setups. The DPX 400 can be used with other flash triggers via the 3.5 mm sync connection. Using an optical IR sensor, the DPX 400 can function as a slave flash. An integrated overheating protection ensures uninterrupted continuous operation. The DPX 400 is compatible with light modifiers that have the universal Bowens S-type bayonet. This connection provides access to a variety of softboxes, beauty dishes, or reflectors for customized lighting design.
