Charge booster car set for motorhomes, craftsmen, and commercial vehicles. The intelligent IVT charge booster is designed to charge lead-acid, lead-gel, AGM, and lithium secondary batteries while driving in vehicles with 12 V systems. This versatile charge booster features two charging modes. In the 30 A mode, the secondary battery can be charged with up to 30 A. In the 10 A caravan mode, the charge booster allows batteries in a caravan or trailer to be charged via the plug connection. In this mode, the charging current is limited to a maximum of 10 A. The intelligent IVT charge booster is a switched step-up/down converter that stabilizes the fluctuating alternator voltage. Once an alternator signal is present at the charge booster (D+), it automatically activates. The connected secondary battery is charged independently of the alternator voltage. The switch to maintenance charging occurs automatically and based on current. The charge booster car set includes all materials needed for the electrical connection of the booster to the batteries in the 30 A charging mode. Note: Additional consumers should only be connected to the secondary battery.
