19-inch server rack in 3U format from Inter-Tech. The robust steel construction accommodates motherboards up to ATX size, four 5.25-inch drive bays, six 2.5-inch drives, and five 3.5-inch drives. Two 60mm fans are pre-installed, and the lockable front panel features a removable dust filter. The Inter-Tech IPC 3098-S is a 3U server case with a lockable front panel. Behind it are two drive cages with space for five internal 3.5-inch and six 2.5-inch drives or four external 5.25-inch drives. Motherboards up to ATX form factor can be mounted. There are five slots available for expansion cards. To cool the hardware and drives, Inter-Tech has already installed two 60mm fans. For effective dust protection, the front features a removable dust filter insert. Behind the front panel, alongside the drive cages, are the status LEDs and two USB 2.0 ports. If optional telescopic rails are used during installation, the 3098-S case can be easily pulled out of the rack using the two handles for maintenance. CPU coolers must not exceed a height of 113mm, and graphics cards can be a maximum of 300mm long. A standard ATX power supply or a redundant power supply can be installed for powering the hardware.
