Product details

The extended data protection during power failure prepares the SSD for an unexpected loss of system power by minimizing the amount of data routed through temporary buffers. Additionally, it utilizes an integrated capacity for power loss protection to provide sufficient energy to the SSD firmware for transferring data from the transmission buffer and other buffers to the NAND, thereby safeguarding system and user data.

Hardware encryption is a data encryption that occurs at the drive level. This secures the data stored on the drive from unwanted intrusion.

The High Endurance Technology in SSDs combines chip enhancements of Intel NAND flash memory and SSD system management techniques to improve the write cycles of the SSD. A write cycle is defined as the amount of data that can be written to an SSD over its lifespan.

Temperature monitoring and logging use an internal temperature sensor to monitor and log air circulation and temperature within the device. The logged results can be retrieved via the SMART command.
