The Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 9260 is an advanced Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 adapter available in a compact M.2 2230 module with an A-E key design. This module allows for easy expansion of network capabilities for laptops and PCs by being inserted into an available M.2 slot. The integrated Intel 9260 chipset supports both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, offering an impressive data transfer speed of up to 1,733 Gb/s in the 5 GHz range. Additionally, the adapter features MU-MIMO technology, which enables simultaneous data transmission to multiple devices, as well as Intel Wireless Display for enhanced media streaming. The Wireless-AC 9260 is backward compatible with common Wi-Fi standards and provides modern security protocols to ensure a secure connection.
