Insmart Body fat scale

Once you have installed the Fitdays app and entered your personal data (height, age, gender), you can track the following 16 body metrics: weight, BMI, body fat, heart rate, heart index, body balance, lean body mass, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle rate, muscle mass, bone mass, proteins, BMR, and biological age.

Compared to other common body fat scales, the INSMART smart body fat scale can also measure heart rate and body balance. Monitor your heart health and body balance, and pay attention to your daily posture to avoid spinal problems.

The scale uses advanced technology such as BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) and a 6 mm high-quality stainless steel glass plate, along with a highly precise G-shaped sensor. The high-precision sensor measures with a division of 0.05 kg and has a capacity of 180 kg. The bottom of the scale is fully wrapped, making it more stable and the measurement results more reliable.

The core data from the Fitdays app can be synchronized with Fitbit, Samsung Health, Apple Health, and Google Fit. A body fat scale can be connected to multiple phones (not simultaneously). A Fitdays account can add up to 24 users. You can share a scale with your family and share your successes on social platforms.

The scale features 4 high-precision sensors, a maximum capacity of 396 lbs/180 kg in 0.2 lb/0.05 kg increments, and automatically turns on and off when stepped on. Color: Black/Milk Glass; includes 4 x AAA batteries. The weight unit can be switched in Fitdays (kg/lb/st).
