Unifix 300 s is a fast-curing and slightly expanding 2K liquid anchor that is suitable for various installation tasks in construction and maintenance, such as in cases of worn-out drill holes. Due to its quick and excellent adhesion, this product significantly simplifies installation work.

• Perfect foaming in the drill hole due to optimal mixing and heat generation of the 2K PU injection polymer
• Special mixing nozzle ensures the correct mixing ratio at all times and prevents the leftover product in the cartridge from curing
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications on nearly all (even slightly damp) substrates
• Pressure-free anchoring, meaning no damage to tiles or plaster
• Chemically expands
• Moisture accelerates curing or foaming
• Temperature resistant from -20°C to +90°C
• Good water and UV resistance
