With this adapter from InLine, an internal USB 3.1 header on the motherboard is converted to an internal USB 3.0 port. This allows motherboards without an internal USB 3.0 header to connect to the front panels of modern cases. The maximum data transfer rate remains unchanged at a maximum of 5 Gbit/s.
