Product details

SAS connection cable, Mini SAS SFF8087 (36pin) to 4x SATA, "Crossover" wiring (forward breakout, OCF), for connecting drives or backplanes to host controllers with an SFF8087 connector. Important note: Please pay attention to the wiring of this cable! Depending on the configuration of the existing devices, you may need one of the cables 27620 or 27620A with "straight" 1:1 wiring (reverse, OCR) instead. Please check with the respective device manufacturers in advance. A functioning connection will only be established when using the correct wiring. (Normal usage: SAS controller → SATA drives == forward breakout // SATA controller → SAS backplane == reverse breakout).
