HP5 PLUS is a high-speed, medium-contrast film that is particularly suitable for action and press photography, and it also represents an excellent choice for general photography. Rated at ISO 400, it produces negatives with outstanding sharpness and fine grain in all lighting conditions. HP5 Plus has been designed to respond well to processing and film speeds of up to EI 3200/36, achievable with ILFORD MICROPHEN developer, while maintaining good shadow detail and separated midtones with sharp grain.
