Product details

With its top-notch components and technologies, the iPower X power supply from iFi Audio reliably eliminates unwanted background noise caused by the mains power supply. The iPower X uses Active Noise Cancellation II technology to suppress all incoming EMI and RFI interference. This is the same technology found in headphones with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and is also highly effective in the iPower X power supply. Additionally, iFi Audio employs organic solid-state capacitors for better suppression of high-frequency noise. The stray capacitance is about 20 times lower than that of a conventional power supply. In short, unwanted noise has no chance. Thanks to its excellent input and output capacity, the iPower X offers very good filtering, outstanding dynamics, and unparalleled sound quality. The power supply has an output voltage of 5 volts and a maximum output current of 3 amperes. It can effortlessly power a wide range of audio devices with sufficient power and deliver top-notch sound quality. To ensure compatibility with a variety of devices, five different adapter plugs are included, including a reverse polarity adapter for professional audio products. Use the iPower X with DACs, preamps, amplifiers, or streamers. The iPower X power supply is not only suitable for audio systems but for all devices that benefit from a clean, stable power supply. In photography, the iPower X is particularly interesting as it addresses the annoying issue of flickering LED lights. With constant current and voltage, the iPower X power supply ensures that the power supply to your LED system remains stable, regardless of fluctuations in the AC supply.
