With a range of up to 300 meters, the USB receiver receives the W-DMX signal, using 2.4 GHz as the transmission frequency. The iDMX Stick can be controlled by the iDMX Core or W-DMX T1 Transceiver. Thanks to its USB-A interface, it is also compatible with other devices that send or receive W-DMX signals.
