3.5" SATA-II hot-swappable aluminum drive bay. Designed for a 3.5" SATA hard drive and fits into any standard 5.25" drive bay. Features a removable tray system and hot-swap capability. A security lock keeps your data safe within the system. Equipped with a 40mm exhaust fan at the back for effective cooling. Ventilation openings at the front ensure high air circulation. The MB876SK-B is an internal enclosure and the first drive bay from Icy Dock featuring their removable tray system. It impresses with its aluminum housing, which provides optimal cooling and reliability, fits all 5.25" standard drive bays, and protects your valuable data with an effective locking mechanism. To enhance cooling, a 40mm exhaust fan is located at the rear of the device. The enclosure is compatible with most 3.5-inch SATA I & II standard drives and (with the optional 2.5 to 3.5-inch hard drive converter MB882) 2.5-inch SSDs and SATA drives. Additionally, the tray can be swapped with all compatible Icy Dock systems, including trays from the MB559, MB561, and MB453/454/455 series.
