By inserting an IB-AC649 into your optical bay, you can add an SSD or a second hard drive to your computer.

Adapter for 2.5" HDD/SSD in the notebook DVD bay.
For DVD bays with a height of 9 or 9.5 mm.
Data transfer rate of up to 6 Gbit/s.
Supports 7 - 9 mm 2.5" HDD/SSD.
HDD/SSD increases capacity.
