Product details

The IB-56x series is well-equipped for extreme loads. High-quality materials are used in the housing, making this 3.5" HDD solution the ideal partner in demanding environments. To meet modern security requirements, the housing can also be locked. The metal dissipates the generated heat to the environment through passive convection. Active convection is supported by an 80mm fan. The larger fan operates more efficiently even at low speeds, keeping the housing quiet. Up to five 3.5" SATA/SAS HDDs can fit in this backplane, and SAS drives are also compatible. Optical and acoustic signals provide constant information about the status of the hard drives and the fan. The alarm temperature for the signal can be set to three levels: 55 °C, 60 °C, 65 °C.
