Product details

Made of robust steel and high-quality aluminum, this matte black hot-swap frame is particularly suitable for use in industrial environments. It accommodates a SATA III or SAS II hard drive with a height of up to 15 mm and is lockable. Due to the high-quality metal, the hot-swap frame is not only resistant to shocks and other external influences but also dissipates generated heat effectively. It operates quietly without an additional fan. The hot-swap frame is integrated into the server via SATA power and data connections. To allow for constant monitoring of the hard drive's status and activity from the outside, there are several LEDs. The green circular LED indicates that the hot-swap frame is powered on. Another LED under the drive carrier lights up blue to show the hard drive's connection and blinks red during access.
