Thanks to the combination of heat pipe, solid aluminum heatsink, and fan, the IB-M2HSF-702 can achieve a reduction in M.2 SSD temperature of up to 50%. A thermal pad serves a similar purpose to thermal paste in improving the dissipation of waste heat from electronic components, significantly contributing to heat dissipation. These pads are particularly easy to install and remove.
